Windy Days

Well, we've been having crazy wind the last two days and about a month of snow on the ground.  This year is totally different than last year or the years before.  Snow doesn't usually stick around for more than a few days and last year it was about 60degrees all winter.  I guess this is the price you pay for living in a place that is so close to the Rocky Mts.  Anyways, I'm starting to really appreciate the play area at the mall.  The mall is right next to our apartments and it's really nice/comfortable.  The architecture makes you feel like your are out in the mountains.  The last few times I have gone, Charlie really didn't care about doing much other than sit there, but now he loves it!  He still doesn't seem to care about the other kids, but loves having the room to roam:).  This makes my heart happy watching him play.  Occasionally, I get a really good conversation with other parents out of the deal too.  

I had to add this picture because .. #1 - it is super cute  #2 - he is flirting with the asian ladies that make sushi. Charlie is SUCH a flirt, no matter where we go or what we are doing!  I think he was trying to get free sushi ;).  We recently discovered this amazing and cheap sushi place right in the mall.  I told Tim how gross mall sushi was for three years, then we finally tried it and now we are hooked!  Uh-oh!!!  Charlie loves the rice too because it has a little sweetness to it.
