Speech! Speech! Speech!

Discovering his new found legs, Charlie has been unveiling new, exciting, and dangerous activities! His favorite adventure is climbing on the ledge by the fireplace and announcing things.  Yesterday, he literally did this all day.  I was a little nervous of him falling, but he wouldn't be stopped.  This video is when Tim finally got home and Charlie gave us about 1/2 an hour speech.  Charlie is counter arguing Obama about college tuition and student loan rates.  Thank you Charlie for speaking up for future generations;) haha.  Of course he stopped preforming once the video was on, but you get the idea.  Tim was distracting him with clapping:).
