Boys Baseball

The boys both played baseball this season.  It was an amazing season to watch.  Charlie's team was undefeated and was bound to win the championship game.  Of all the parents, none assumed they could loose the championships.  With back to back games, in the high elevation heat, the boys melted and lost their first game of the season!  It was heartbreaking, but a true life lesson for those little 8 & 9 yr. old boys.  So many tears.  They had an amazing coach, that I'm positive, will always be remembered in their minds.  He taught Charlie, and all the boys so much about the game of baseball.  Our world needs more men like him, to invest into younger people!

Jackson did fantastic as well.  His favorite part of baseball is hitting, running the bases, and having Dad as coach!  He is still distracted by the white chalk lines, while playing outfield, but what can we really expect from a 4yr. old.

I hope you enjoy their pictures!

The boys #1 fan.

Running to second.

Sliding into third, working on our sliding skills.

Walking back to the dugout after getting a run.

Focusing on the pitch, nerves and all.

Waiting on 1st base.

Smiling through tears after the championship game.

A very proud Jackson!

Wonderful pictures. Tim should tell the boys about the time he took the pictures mound
in the last inning with bases loaded and no outs. He struck out three in a row to win the game.

Tell the boys I'm really proud of them becoming baseball players.
